This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to exempt the petitioner to surrender before the lower appellate Court on the judgement dated 25.09.2024 made in C.A.No.132 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Salem, confirming the judgement dated 14.07.2023 made in C.C.No.175 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Valapady.

2.Since the petitioner has surrendered on 18.12.2024, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
