Respondents in both the Petitions Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, in WP 16752/2017: directing the third and fourth respondents to publish the 2nd year results of the 73 below mentioned students admitted in the petitioner college (Dr.Huhneman Homoeopathy Medical College and Research Centre, Koneripatty Panchayat, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District) to the BHMS Degree 2014-2015 batch and enable the students if any failed in the 2nd year examination held on February 2017 to take up the supplementary examinations to be held by the 3rd & 4th respondents commencing from 01.08.2017 and publish the results. in WP 16753/2017: directing the third and fourth respondents permitting the 27 below mentioned students belonging to the 2014-2015 supplementary batch admitted in the petitioner college (Dr.Huhneman Homoeopathy Medical College and Research Centre, Koneripatty Panchayat, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District) to the BHMS Degree 2014-2015 batch degree course who have cleared the supplementary 2/5

examination held in August 2016 to apply and pay the fees and take the hall ticket to take up the supplementary exam commencing from 01.08.2017 to be conducted by the 3rd & 4th respondents commencing from 01.08.2017 and publish the results.
