This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29090 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as Tahsildar and due to election duty, he is unable to comply with the condition regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
