ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action in the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.08.2019 vide in C.S.R.No.506 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that when the accused moved an Anticipatory Bail application before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25836 of 2019, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], who is appearing for the respondent has submitted that C.S.R.No.506 of 2019 is pending and this Court directed the respondent either register the First Information Report or close the complaint dated 13.08.2019 by 10.10.2019. But even thereafter, the respondent has not taken any action on the said complaint.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that in pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.31510 of 2019, the respondent Police has conducted enquiry and closed the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.08.2019.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent Police is directed to send intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of C.S.R.No.506 of 2019 within a week by RPAD from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
