Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2019 has been dismissed for default and that, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition.

In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, it is open to the Petitioner to re-open the issue, in case, H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2019 is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.25551 of 2019 is closed.
