This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29088 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would also submit that now the petitioner has been assigned to additional duty of election work relating to verification and rectification of electoral rolls, for which, he has to go to his office at Edapadi. Hence, it will be difficult for him to comply with the condition, thereby, the petitioner, now seeks modification of the above condition.
