ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for records from the 1st and 2nd respondent pertaining to the impugned summons / order issued under Section 145 Cr.P.C. in Na.Ka.No.9604/2022/A2 dated 05.12.2022. 2.There is no representation for the petitioners. 3.The impugned summons has been issued in respect of civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 3 to 5, on account of the likelihood of causing breach of peace. This Court is of the opinion due to efflux of time no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending, and if at all there is any breach of peace, the respondents 3 to 5 are directed to proceed afresh.

4.This Criminal Original Petition stands closed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 28-01-2026
