Heard Mr.R.Murugabharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Bharatha Chakravarthy, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kariakal in C.C.No.82 of 2018. He further submitted that the case is pending for trial in STC.No.161 of 2019.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prosecutor (Puducherry), no effective orders can be passed in the present Criminal Original Petition seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.32 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kottacherry Police Station, Karaikal District. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
