ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to pass order in Na.Ka.A1/2816/2021, dated 20.12.2021.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondents 1 to 6 on 20.11.2021, alleging that the seventh respondent has made a counterfeit entries in respect of the disputed property under the influence of respondents 8 and 9. The said complaint was taken up by the fifth respondent for enquiry in Na.Ka.No.A1/2816/2021 dated 20.12.2021 and subsequently, an enquiry was also conducted. However, till date, no final order was passed in the said enquiry. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 sought six weeks time to complete the said enquiry.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the fifth respondent to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka.A1/2816/2021, dated 20.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
