This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records relating to the Crime No.203 of 2022 on the file of the Bhavani Police Station, Erode District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in this case has been completed, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Bhavani and the case has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.965 of 2022.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is of the view that the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be entertained.
