This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act at Chennai on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders Crl.OP.No.25294 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 25 days. He would further submit that final report has been filed before the trial Court in Special S.C.No.246 of 2024.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25294 of 2024 on 15.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act at Chennai on the dates to be fixed by the Court concerned.
