This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd appellant and implead them as appellants 4 to 7 in S.A. No.296 of 2010.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.296 of 2010 and list the matter for final hearing in the 2nd week of June 2023.
