This Court, by an order dated 20.12.2024, has ordered the petition and extended the time by two weeks, however, inadvertently it is mentioned as two weeks from today instead of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Therefore, the paragraph 3 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.18094 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3482 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 shall be read as follows :- " 3. Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.MP.No.13781 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.3482 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted."
