This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21031 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvallur on all other working days at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21031 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvallur on the first working day of December, 2024 at 10.30a.m., and thereafter, the date to be fixed by the learned trial Judge until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
