It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that there is process to detain the petitioner under Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application, after a period of three weeks, if the said process is not completed.
