Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has placed on record a copy of the letter addressed by the petitioner stating that he received salary for the duty period and no arrears pending.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not paid salary from the month of March, 2023. Learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the petitioner was not working in the department from March 2023.

3. Recording the said submissions, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs. If any dispute, he can challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
