This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vigilance & AntiCorruption, Chennai City-II daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.NO.23456 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
