2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 5.30 p.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4397 of 2022 dated 14.06.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
