ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent, the District Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur District, to transfer the case in FIR.No.195 of 2017, which is now pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 1st respondent, the Additional Director General of Police, Crime Branch CID, Egmore, Chennai, and also to complete the investigation within the stipulated time.

Heard Mr.Sai Sathyajith, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd respondent has completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - IV, Tiruppur, by referring the case as "mistake of fact" and the referred charge sheet has also been served on the de-facto complainant on 29.09.2017.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the transfer of investigation cannot arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
