This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 141 days in re-presenting the above appeal suit.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
