Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the offences have been altered and the offence under the SC/ST Act has been added.

2. At this juncture, the counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with altered offences and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with altered offences under the SC/ST Act and also implead the victims.
