Mr.I.Abrar Md Abdullah in both C.R.Ps - - - - - C O M M O N O R D E R While disposing of these Civil Revision Petitions on 05.12.2019, this Court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.183 of 2013 and 324 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

This Court has received a letter dated 02.09.2020 from the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 05.12.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that S.L.P. filed by the petitioner has already been dismissed and the suits are pending at the stage of arguments.

In view of the above, one month time is extended for the trial Court to dispose of both suits in O.S.Nos.183 of 2013 and 324 of 2012. 10.09.2020 asi/ms To The Subordinate Judge, Pollachi.
