ORDER

These Suo Motu Cases are dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. These cases are filed as against the foreign Nationals for over stay. It is stated that inspite of best attempt and verification of the Camps, they are not present and it seems they have gone back to their own nation. In view of the facts and circumstances, no useful purpose will be served. Therefore, these cases need not remain on the file of the Magistrate any more. In view thereof, these cases need not be kept pending and accordingly, these cases in CC.700774/2013, CC.700420/2013, CC.700562/2013, CC.700480/2012, CC.700103/2012, CC.700106/2012, CC.700104/2012, CC.700384/2014, CC.700454/2011, CC.700140/2011, CC.700715/2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No~I, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur stands quashed, these Suo Motu Transfer cases stand disposed of. shl 23.09.2025 Note to the Trial Court:

Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
