pursuant to the detention order issued by the 2nd respondent vide BCDFGISSSV.No.1054/2024 dated 15.10.2024 and set aside the same and consequentially direct the respondents to produce petitioner's husband the detenu Vignesh @ Urukai Bottle Vicky, S/o Rajendran, aged about 31 years, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai District before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
