This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to W-33, All Women Police Station, Madhavaram under FIR No.6 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2020 before the Mahila Court (Fast Track), Thiruvallur.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
