This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to clause 5B(iii) of the notification issued by 4th respondent through notification No.12/MRB/2016 dated 10/11/2016 for the recruitment for the post of Assistant Surgeon (General) and quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the application number 306520 dated 26.11.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the prayer in this Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
