ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the latest decision reported in 2020 (1) C.W.C pg.417 (E.S.Sundara Mahalingam Vs. Special Tribunal), these writ petitions are not maintainable and it is only a 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.R.P that is maintainable. According to him several writ petitions have been converted as C.R.P after the above judgment of the Division Bench. Therefore, he would request this Court to convert this Writ Petition into C.R.P and post before the roster judge.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to convert these writ petitions into C.R.P and post the same before the Judge concerned after obtaining necessary order from the Hon'ble Chief Justice. 14-02-2025 rkp To 1.The Presiding Officer, Cooperative Tribunal / Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai, Chennai 104.
