This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22369 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 13 days. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and C.C number has been assigned by VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this 1/4

Court in Crl.O.P.No.22369 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, on 04.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
