By this application. the applicants / petitioners seek to implead the third to seventh respondents herein as respondents in O.P.No.247 of 2022.

2. On instructions, learned counsel for the proposed respondents submits that he has no objection to the said respondents being impleaded as respondents in the O.P.

3. Upon the first respondent passing away on 17.01.2008, the present application is filed. In view of the no objection of the proposed respondents, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioners are directed to carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 03.03.2023 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the respondents within a week thereafter.
