C.M.P.No.190 of 2020 in S.A.No.743 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to condone the delay of 234 days in filing the petitioner to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent in S.A.No.743 of 2007.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
