whomsoever it is found and permit the Receiver D.Thamilarasu to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of Mr.D.Thamilarasu, Branch Manager, Indusind Bank, No.38, Annai Plaza, 1st Floor, MTH Road, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053, as Receiver to seize and deliver the Car, Maruti Omni E MPI STD BS IV, bearing Chassis No.MA3EVB11S01767037, Engine No.F8BIN4983872 and TN 12 T 9879 to the custody of the applicant, available at the respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the Receiver D.Thamilarasu to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.

2. Today, when the application is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application.
