The petitioner/A2 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.1431 of 2023, registered under Section 8 (c) r/w 20 (b)(ii)(B) NDPS Act. 2.It is stated that there are totally nine accused, of whom, A1, A3, A4 and A5 had been arrested and are still in custody. Other accused are absconding. It is stated that as against the petitioner herein there five previous cases, of which, one similar in nature. The accused were found in possession of 1.100 Kgs of ganja.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and the fact that the other accused are still in custody, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
