J UDGMENT [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Intra-Court appeal has been preferred against the order of the Writ Court dated 10.11.2022 made in W.P.No.27270 of 2016.
2. According to the appellant, she has filed this appeal as against the order of the learned Single Judge, which has been disposed of based on the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader who appeared on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner was promoted during the pendency of the writ petition.
3. In the light of the above, the instant writ appeal is not maintainable and accordingly, it is dismissed. However, it is open to the appellant/writ petitioner to file a review application before the learned Single Judge. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
