This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 171 days in representing the appeal in Crl.A.SR No.15823 of 2022 filed against the Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
