The petitioners, who apprehend arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 342, 294(b), 506(i), 406, 420 1/3
of IPC, in Crime No.11 of 2025 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing,the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)submitted that the final report in this case has been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.1517 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai. The case has been posted for the appearance of the accused on 11.11.2025 and summons have also been issued to the petitioners.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. 06.11.2025 drl To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai.
