ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for her wilful disobedience and defiance of the order of this Court dated 08.10.2021

in Criminal O.P. No. 2113 of 2017.

2. It is submitted by Mr.N.S.Suganthan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the reinvestigation has been done in accordance with the directions of this Court and charge sheet would be filed in due course.

3. Since the reinvestigation has been done by the respondent and charge sheet would be filed as directed, contempt against the investigating officer is not maintainable.
