Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order made in RC.No.B6/32858/2003 dated 08.04.2003 in confirming the order made in RC.No.B6/127516/2002 dated 31.12.2002 and 14.01.2003 respectively passed by the respondent and quash the same so for it relates to deduction of sale tax and consequently direct the respondent to refund a sum of Rs.3,96,477.39 with interest at the rate of 24% per annum.
