Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to furnish relevant records sought by the petitioner and to conduct proper enquiry considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2017 and to forbear the respondents from disturbing the possession of the petitioner in a manner in illegal manner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed is by the petitioner seeking for direction to the respondents to furnish relevant records sought by the petitioner and to conduct proper enquiry considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2017 and to forbear the respondents from disturbing the possession of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petitioner is dismissed as Withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
