JUDGMENT
This appeal has been directed against the judgment and decree dated 21.08.2019 made in F.C.O.P. No.46 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal declining to grant divorce. 2.It is represented by both the learned counsel that both the parties have reached amicable settlement. A joint compromise memo dated 14.12.2020 signed by both the parties and their respective counsel has been filed.
3.Since the above joint compromise memo states that the respondent wife has no objection for grant of divorce, the appeal stands allowed and the impugned judgment and decree passed by the Family Court, Namakkal is set aside.
