ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to release the Vehicle (Lorry) bearing Reg No.TN-20-AX-9582 and Reg No.TN-20AR-2772, pursuant to the representation dated 29.06.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the vehicle bearing Reg. No. Reg No.TN-20-AX-9582 and Reg No.TN-20-AR-2772, was already released as per the order of the Sessions Court, therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any objection for the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4.Mr.D.Velayudam, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Balu Chetty Chattram Police Station, Kancheepuram, appeared before this Court on behalf of the second respondent and submitted that the vehicles were released vide order passed by the Sessions Court.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr.D.Velayudam, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Balu Chetty Chattram Police Station, Kancheepuram, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
