The miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the second respondent in W.P.no.32269 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the first respondent vehemently opposed to implead the petitioner as respondent in the writ petition.
3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this impleading petition is ordered.
