O R D E R

The petition has been filed to set aside the closure report dated 02.10.2019 and direct the second respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, M-7, Manali New Town Police Station, Thiruvallur District to conduct proper fresh investigation according to his complaint dated 27.07.2019 in accordance with law.

2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has conducted the investigation and closed the same. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that without examining the petitioner, the 2nd respondent closed the complaint.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report by way of private complaint before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
