This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition para 4(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22254 of 2023, dated 03.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear on all the Court hearing dates before the Trial Court.
