This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19226 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a further period of seven days and thereafter relaxed.
