W.M.P.No.32055 of 2023 in W.P.No.12414 of 2014 P.VELMURUGAN, J It is stated that the writ petitioner died on 19.05.2023 and the present application has been filed to substitute the petitioners 2 to 4 herein as legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner.

2. The respondents are official respondents. The Death Certificate and the Legal Heirship Certificate are being issued ony by the Government.

Therefore, they may not have any objection to allow this application.

3. Therefore, this substitution petition (impleading petition) is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition, affidavit and other papers.

5. List this Writ Petition on 07.12.2023 in the caption "for final hearing". It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted.
