ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. This Court while disposing the Writ Petition in W.P.No.9771 of 2024 directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits within a period of two months. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and Order has been passed by the fourth respondent on 19.09.2024 and also produced a copy of the Order before this Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
