Earlier, this Court by an order dated 07.01.2019, has directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

Today(28.02.2020), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that enquiry has been over and an order has also been passed rejecting the petitioners claim by an order dated 26.02.2020 and also produced a copy of the order and no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Hence, this contempt petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30361 of 2018, has been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
