When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent, by producing copies of both the calculation memo of the respondent and Cheque bearing No.029939 dated 10.02.2025 before this Court in proof of payment of the amount to the petitioner, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
