No.A/176/97 not served to the petitioner with respect to the petitioner's land of an extent of 8.82 acres (Acre 3.50 cents comprised in S.No.181 and an extent of Acre 5.32 Cents, comprised in S.No.182/2 in Patta No.174), situated at Sri Aathivaraganallur Village, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District, as null, void, nonest and illegal.

O R D E R After spending considerable time in hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for want of bonafides having regard to the order passed by this Court earlier in the writ petition in W.P. No.245 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also undertakes to make an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
