Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned Patta Transfer effected by the second respondent in favour of Late.J.S.Mani bearing Patta No.929 dated 22.01.2014 and 1/4

the consequential Patta transfer dated 18.05.2014 in favour of the third respondent both with respect to 1270 sq.ft. house site property with House bearing door No.7/28 falling under Survey No.457/8 in Masinagudi Village at Udhagamandalam and quash the same and direct the second respondent to restore the patta No.929 back to its original position.
